England World Cup contenders - Carter

England are now genuine contenders to win the 2015 World Cup in England, says All Black Dan Carter. The 32-year-old fly-half, currently on a break from playing, says England could prove their credentials with Test victories in New Zealand in June. England play the world champions in Auckland, Dunedin and Hamilton.
