Rooney agrees new Man Utd contract

Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has agreed a new five-and-a-half-year contract worth up to £300,000 a week. The 28-year-old England international will extend his current contract by four years, tying him to the club until June 2019. His old deal, which would have expired next year, paid up to £250,000 a week.
