Flower wants to remain England coach

Andy Flower says he is "motivated" to continue as England team director and backed Alastair Cook to remain as captain despite a poor Ashes campaign. England must avoid defeat in the final Test in Sydney to avoid the humiliation of a 5-0 series whitewash after losing the opening four matches of the series. Flower said: "The prospect of building a new successful England side would excite any coach. I'm motivated." Asked if Cook is the right man to lead England, Flower add: "Yes, he is."
