Djokovic reaches ATP semi-finals

Novak Djokovic has secured his place in the semi-finals and cleared the way for Andy Murray to join him at the ATP World Tour Finals. The world number one beat Tomas Berdych 6-2 7-6 (8-6), and Murray will now qualify if he takes a set off Jo-Wilfried Tsonga on Friday evening. A straight-sets defeat would see Tsonga through in place of the Briton. Djokovic goes through as Group A winner, after Roger Federer qualified from Group B on Thursday. "I didn't want to think about scenarios or lculations, I'll leave that to other people," said Djokovic.
